Become Like Jesus. Do What He Did.
Matthew 28:19-20
19 Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, 20 teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age.” Amen.
The Vision

The GC Project exists to build relationships that help people become like Jesus and do what Jesus did.
Jesus did not tell us to simply make converts but to make disciples.
Our goal is not for people to just believe in Jesus, but to believe him in a way that transforms their life and others.
Our mission simply put is the Great Commission through building relationships.

Many Christians genuinely love Jesus, but they have never been given a clear pathway for becoming like Him and doing what He did.
They've been to church they listen to the sermons. They've read the bible, but still they feel something is missing. They have a lack of fulfillment. They know there's more to this life.
They struggle to answer questions like:
-
Who are you?
-
What did God create you for?
-
What is the Gospel and how do you share it?
-
Are you a disciple?
-
How to make disciples?
There is an assumption in Christianity that people are supposed to automatically know the answers to these questions simply by going to church or a Bible study.
This results in believers who have a desire to grow but lack spiritual maturity and don't have a clear pathway in becoming like Jesus and doing what he did.

The GC Project solves that problem by creating biblical Pathways of Transformation and deploying GC pathway coaches.
These pathways provide a clear, practical, and repeatable process that helps believers become like Jesus and do what he did.
The GC pathway coaches are the ones who walk people through this process.

The entire ministry is built around five core pathways.
1. Biblical Foundation
Helping people know God.
This pathway establishes a biblical worldview and teaches people how to build their lives upon the truth of God's Word while developing an authentic intimate relationship with Jesus Christ.
2. Identity Foundation
Helping believers know who they are in Christ.
This pathway teaches believers to reject the lies of their flesh, the world and the demonic and replace it with the truth of God's word about their true identity as sons and daughters of God.
3. Purpose Foundation
Helping believers discover why God created them.
This pathway helps believers identify their gifts, calling, mission, and daily purpose so they can live intentionally advancing the kingdom of God.
4. Evangelism Foundation
Helping believers reach the lost.
This pathway equips believers to confidently share the Gospel, engage in meaningful conversations, answer common questions, and live a lifestyle of evangelism.
5. Discipleship Foundation
Helping believers make disciples.
This pathway teaches believers how to intentionally invest in others, lead transformational relationships, and reproduce disciple makers who continue the process.

Every pathway follows the same repeatable process.
People are guided to:
-
Discover biblical truth.
-
Identify barriers to spiritual growth.
-
Renew their thinking through Scripture.
-
Apply biblical truth to everyday life.
-
Practice consistent obedience.
-
Develop Christlike habits.
-
Multiply what they have learned by discipling someone else.
This framework becomes the foundation for every lesson, workbook, course, coaching session, and discipleship relationship created through The GC Project.

The goal is not to continually create new material.
Instead, one biblical pathway is developed thoroughly and then adapted into multiple formats.
Each pathway may become:
-
Books
-
Workbooks
-
Bible studies
-
Small-group curriculum
-
Online courses
-
Leadership guides
-
Church resources
-
Prison curriculum
-
Downloadable resources
One pathway can serve many different ways people walk through them.

The first priority is to faithfully live and teach the pathways locally.
The GC Project will begin by serving people through:
-
Personal discipleship
-
Bible studies
-
Church
-
Small groups
-
Workshops
-
Prison ministry
-
Conferences
-
Retreats
Rather than waiting until everything is perfect, the pathways will be tested, refined, and improved through real ministry experiences.
Transformation in real people will shape the future development of every pathway.

The GC project currently has an online platform people can join now that is constantly being updated.
This community includes:
-
Online courses
-
Group coaching
-
Community discussion
-
Accountability
-
Live teaching
-
Downloadable resources
-
Leadership development
This allows people anywhere in the world to experience the same discipleship process.

The primary way people experience the Pathways of Transformation is through intentional relationships with trained GC Pathways Coaches.
After completing the Pathways themselves, believers who demonstrate spiritual maturity, biblical character, and a heart for serving others may become certified GC Pathways Coaches.
They will be equipped to personally walk other believers through the same transformational journey they have experienced themselves while building real relationships, providing support, encouragement, accountability, and being an actual Brother or Sister in the Lord throughout the process.
GC Pathways Coaches may serve through:
-
One-on-one coaching in person or online
-
Group coaching in person or online
-
Church partnerships
-
Community outreach and Evangelism
-
Prison ministry
-
Family and youth mentoring
-
Leadership and Coach development
As the ministry grows, the long term vision is to provide full and part time vocational opportunities for qualified GC Pathways Coaches.(Get paid) The same way of missionary or a pastor would.
This way they can focus completely on their relationship with the Lord and carrying out the Great Commission.

The GC Project desires to strengthen local churches and build relationships not than replace them.
Churches will be able to implement the Pathways of Transformation through curriculum, workbooks, leadership training, coaching, and ongoing support.
Churches may also partner with the GC Project by identifying and developing qualified individuals to become certified GC Pathways Coaches who can serve within their own congregation and surrounding community.
Our desire is to help churches develop mature disciples who carry out the Great Commission.

As the pathways become established, technology will be developed to support not replace personal discipleship.
Future technology may include:
Discipleship Management Software
A platform that helps disciple makers:
-
Assess spiritual maturity.
-
Create customized growth plans.
-
Track progress.
-
Schedule meetings.
-
Provide accountability.
-
Organize discipleship relationships.
-
Manage coaching relationships between GC Pathways Coaches and participants.
-
Track each participant's progress through the Pathways of Transformation.
Evangelism Training Software
An AI powered platform that allows believers to practice Gospel conversations, respond to objections, receive coaching, and develop confidence to train them for real life evangelism.
Also a digital evangelism assistant that gives responses for conversations in real time.

The long term vision includes establishing Transformation Centers.
These centers will function as a church and also as discipleship hubs for believers to go through the pathways and receive everything they need to replicate the process.
Each Transformation Center will also serve as a regional hub for training, equipping, supporting, and developing GC Pathways Coaches before sending them back into their churches and communities to continue making disciples.
Each center may include:
-
A sanctuary for normal church service and events
-
Teaching classrooms
-
Coaching spaces
-
Leadership training
-
Community gathering areas
-
Video/audio production studio
-
A place to have fun and hang out
-
Evangelism call Center
The goal for these centers will be to be open seven days a week, so no matter where you are on your spiritual journey, you will always have access to fellowship and grow.
The goal will be to be open seven days a week so that believers and the Community always have access to the resources, help and fellowship they need to grow and be supported
As leaders are developed, new centers will be established all over the world.
In addition to the Center we would like to be able to lodge some participants as well so those who are more serious can be completely immersed and taken through the pathways as soon as possible so that they can go and replicate the process.

Every piece of content should point people back to Jesus and going through the pathways to become like Him and do what he did.
Content may include:
-
Short-form videos

Build and sustain transformation centers
Supporters are not simply funding projects. They're funding the Great Commission that will not only impact individuals, churches, and communities, but nations and the world as a whole.
This isn't something I'm waiting to start. I'm already evangelizing, making disciples, serving in my local church, working toward my pastoral licensing, creating content that reaches people for Jesus, and updating the GC Project online community that has already been built.
The vision is big, but we don't have to wait for a building or until everything is perfect to start doing the work.
Right now, I'm looking for people who believe in this vision and want to financially partner with me while we build it.
My first goal is to raise $4,500 a month in recurring support. That would allow me to cover my basic monthly expenses and devote myself full-time to developing the Pathways, working directly with people, creating resources, building the coaching program, and eventually training other GC Pathways Coaches.
It's really the same idea as financially supporting a missionary or pastor so they can devote themselves to the work God has called them to do.
Anything raised beyond that initial goal will go directly toward building and expanding the GC Project, and I want to make sure we do all of this with transparency and financial accountability through our treasurer and board.
So whether God puts $25, $50, $100, $1,000, or something completely different on your heart, I'm simply asking you to pray about becoming a monthly partner.
Because ultimately, you're not just supporting me.
You're helping us reach the lost, make disciples, train coaches, and build something that can multiply into the lives of others for generations.

The overall vision is to see biblical Pathways of Transformation used around the world.
Through churches, homes, ministries, prisons, online communities, schools, conferences, retreats, technology, and Transformation Centers, believers will be equipped to know God, become like Jesus, and do what he did.
At the heart of this vision is a growing network of trained and certified GC Pathways Coaches who faithfully serve their communities by building and nurturing real relationships with people walking them through the Pathways of Transformation.
As these coaches multiply, they will equip others to become GC Pathways Coaches, creating a sustainable movement of relational discipleship that can be reproduced around the world.
The goal is to build people up on the foundation of biblical truth, helping them see and believe who they really are in Christ, walk in their unique purpose while carrying out the Great Commission.
